Visco is a full service demolition company. We will demolish structures of any size, big or small. From the residential house to a complete factory or industrial plant, no building is outside our scope of work. We offer turnkey demolition services. We can arrange all the permits, do the hazardous assessments, remove any hazardous materials, raze the structure, clear the site, backfill the excavations and landscape and sod the area.
We started demolishing structures back in the late 70’s when the demand for our contracting services began to disappear along with much of the economic activity in western Canada. Equipped with a yard full of heavy equipment and the desire to seek out new business in a downward economy, we started taking calls about demolition. Many building owners found themselves with empty buildings, high vacancy rates and burgeoning tax loads. Some structures simply had outlived their usefulness or climbing utility rates made their cost of operation to high to continue. With a little ingenuity and a little practice, Visco Demolition Contractors Ltd. focused all of our energy on the demolition industry.
Now in our 40th year in business we have streamlined a process that gives our customers the ultimate in demolition service. One call is all it takes to get your project started. We also offer many services unique to Visco, we now recycle most of the debris created by the demolition of your structure. In some cases if there is sufficient quantities of materials to be recycled, we will bring the equipment onsite to handle the recycling services.
