Visco is a full service demolition company with the ability to take on projects of any size, from a single house to a full industrial plant. We provide turnkey demolition services that cover everything from permits and hazardous assessments to the removal of materials, demolition of the structure, site clearing, backfilling, and final landscaping. We also recycle most of the debris created during demolition, and when there are large quantities of recyclable material, we bring the equipment onsite to process it directly.
In addition to our demolition services, we also provide a construction waste recycling program. Recently, Visco has expanded to aggregate production and bin rentals.

Demolition
Visco Demolition specializes in safe, efficient demolition of buildings, industrial equipment, bridges, towers, and large concrete structures, with full site restoration services.
Hazardous Material
Visco Demolition safely manages hazardous materials including asbestos, lead, and hydrocarbon contamination, providing compliant removal and disposal as part of complete demolition and site remediation services.
Aggregate
Visco supplies crushed and screened concrete aggregate, including 63mm base material ideal for industrial yards, parking lots, and roads, with options to cap with gravel, asphalt, or recycled asphalt aggregate.
Recycling
Visco achieves 80–95% landfill diversion by recycling concrete, asphalt, and metal from demolition projects, with materials processed and resold as aggregate or scrap through specialized equipment and mobile shears.
